1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of CRM Infos operated by CRM Infos. By registering, starting a trial, purchasing a plan or using the service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. The service

CRM Infos is a subscription CRM for lead management, team assignment, follow-ups, bulk import/export and integrations. Features may vary by plan and may be improved, changed or retired with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts and security

You must give accurate information, keep credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account and by the team members you add. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Plans, fees, auto-renewal and payment

• Fees are shown at purchase or in your quotation and are charged in advance for the chosen period (monthly, quarterly or annual).
• Taxes such as GST are added where applicable. Prices may change for future renewals with prior notice.
• Auto-renewal: plans purchased with automatic payment renew for the same period and the amount is deducted automatically. To avoid the next deduction, you must cancel at least 7 days before the renewal date.
• No refund: payments are non-refundable once made, including auto-deducted renewals, as explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• If payment fails, we may suspend access until the dues are paid.

5. Free trial and setup

New accounts get a 7-day free trial, and may request a one-time 3-day extension, at our discretion. Setup and live training are provided at no extra charge. At the end of the trial you must choose a paid plan to continue; trial data may be deleted if no plan is purchased.

6. Customer Data

You own your Customer Data. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it only to provide and support the service. You are responsible for the legality of the data you upload, including valid consent from your leads and compliance with telemarketing, anti-spam, WhatsApp and data-protection laws (including the DPDP Act and, where relevant, GDPR). You can export your data only while your plan is valid; after the plan expires, export is not available. Please export before expiry. Expired accounts are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You must not: use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or spam activity; upload data you have no right to use; infringe others’ rights; attempt to hack, probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service; resell or share access outside your organisation without permission; or use it to send unsolicited bulk messages. We may suspend accounts that breach this section.

8. Third-party services

Integrations (lead portals, Facebook, WhatsApp, payment gateways and others) are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, changes or content.

9. Intellectual property

The software, design, trademarks and documentation belong to CRM Infos. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. Feedback you give may be used by us without obligation.

10. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance, third-party outages and events beyond our control may affect availability. Back up important data by using the export feature.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, leads or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim arose. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your Customer Data or your breach of these Terms. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment or unlawful use. On termination your right to use the service ends and your data is handled as per the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Update Soon have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply in your country. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute amicably.
